Refund policy

Digital products, delivered instantly

Everything we sell is a digital download. Because files are delivered the moment you check out and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We do stand behind every file.

We will replace or refund your order if:

• A file is defective. It will not open, is corrupted, or does not work as described in the listing in the stated software (for example Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel or GoodNotes).
• A file was not delivered. You did not receive your download link, or a file listed in the product is missing.
• You were charged twice for the same item by mistake.

How to ask: email thefreemindcollective@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a short description, or a screenshot, of the problem. We reply within 2 business days. We will first try to fix it by sending a working or corrected file. If we cannot fix it, we refund the item in full to your original payment method. Shopify usually processes refunds within 5 to 10 business days.

What is not covered:

• Change of mind after download.
• Software or devices not listed as compatible on the product page.
• Problems caused by editing or breaking formulas or links after purchase. We are still happy to help you get back to a working copy.

License reminder: a refund ends your license to use the files, and the files must be deleted.

(If physical products return: physical items are made to order. We replace or refund items that arrive damaged or misprinted when reported with a photo within 30 days of delivery.)
